Registration Terms
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between Elixer Development ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") and users ("you" or "users") of our platform and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
By utilizing our platform and services, you hereby waive all rights to initiate legal action or pursue any form of litigation against Elixer Development, its affiliated interests, and employees.
Upon using our platform, you agree not to lay claim to any work provided as your own. You acknowledge and consent that all services, products, and commissioned work supplied are the sole property of Elixer Development.
Elixer Development exclusively accepts payments via our website. Under no circumstances should any member attempt to procure products or services from third-party service providers or payment entities.
Elixer Development bears no responsibility for game malfunctions, breaks, or file damage. By purchasing any product or commission, you inherently agree to this condition.
Our platform predominantly operates through Discord. Therefore, all customers and community members are expected to abide by Discord's Terms and Conditions, in conjunction with our own.
Payment for commissions is required upon the completion of the specified service. Completed services will be publicly viewable on our website. Should a member desire a private service, an additional $40 charge will be applied to the originally agreed-upon price during the quotation process.
Upon purchasing our services, all clients forfeit the right to initiate a chargeback. We maintain comprehensive purchase logs, including chat history. In the event of a chargeback request, we will furnish adequate evidence to refute the claim. Furthermore, steps will be taken to terminate any associated license keys or services on your game server or computer.
Under no circumstances may any member engage in or facilitate any form of information leakage pertaining to our services. Consequences may include legal action and a permanent ban from accessing any services utilizing our resources.
Our community employs an account suspension system. Violation of our terms of service may result in a permanent suspension and ban across all FiveM/GTA5 RP Servers utilizing any of our custom commissions. By availing yourself of our services, you explicitly agree to this condition.
Elixer Development provides services on an "as-is" basis, without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
Elixer Development reserves the right to terminate services or access to the platform at its discretion, without prior notice, if any user violates the terms of service or engages in prohibited activities.
Any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Elixer Development reserves the right to modify or revise these terms at any time. Users will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
